Nestled among beautiful trees and flowers in the heart of a peaceful, sunlit valley, Primrose Vale is an enchanting English cottage designed and built by Mark Turpin as an unfinished shell for the collector to paint and decorate.
The seven-room cottage has an open floor plan downstairs, with the family room and dining/kitchen areas divided by a central staircase with storage space underneath; a pantry and mud room with side entrance complete the first floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a nursery, along with two bathrooms.
Construction is clear pine and birch plywood, with handmade basswood window frames fitted with micro-glass panes.
Primrose Vale is 30" wide x 20" deep x 28" high. Scale is 1:12. Sold.
